In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hot464" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://hot464.net, its owners, operators, directors, employees, and authorised agents.
• "Platform" means the hot464 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming services and features accessible at https://hot464.net.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the hot464 Platform in any way.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the hot464 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their hot464 Account using supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means credits issued by hot464 as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or loyalty reward, subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that governs online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals can be processed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to laws, regulations, and procedures designed to prevent the processing of illegally obtained funds.

By accessing the hot464 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the hot464 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the hot464 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms and Conditions. hot464 treats any access to the Platform as acceptance of the current version of these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Use of the hot464 Platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as mandated under Philippine gambling law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a hot464 employee or contractor.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any other person.

hot464 enforces the 21+ age restriction rigorously. During the KYC verification process, you must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID confirming your date of birth. hot464 reserves the right to suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the registered user is under 21 years of age, pending completion of age verification. If age verification confirms the user is underage, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned minus any winnings derived from play that should not have occurred.

To access real-money gaming on hot464, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You are prohibited from providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.

Each individual may register only one Account on hot464. The existence of duplicate Accounts is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Before hot464 processes any withdrawal request, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID next to your face; and
• Proof of ownership for the payment method used for your deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account details showing your registered name).

hot464 may request additional documentation at any time as required by PAGCOR regulations or internal AML compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify hot464 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits. hot464 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the hot464 cashier section and are subject to change. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit and registered in your own name. hot464 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements fully met before the related winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section.
• hot464 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 2 hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within one business day.

AML Compliance. hot464 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to ensure that all funds processed through the Platform are legitimately sourced. hot464 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional AML verification. Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a hot464 deposit without prior resolution through hot464 customer support constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. hot464 reserves the right to suspend your Account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback.

hot464 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. hot464 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, sabong, sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion.
• hot464 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a Player's Account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited.

All games available on the hot464 Platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

All games on hot464 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in licensed studio environments. hot464 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, hot464's recorded server-side data constitutes the authoritative record of the game outcome. hot464 will make reasonable efforts to honour legitimate game outcomes where server data confirms a completed result. Wagers placed during a confirmed system outage may be refunded at hot464's discretion.

Bets that are placed and accepted are final. hot464 reserves the right to void a wager or game round where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or other technical fault that materially affected the integrity of the market or game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hot464 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with hot464;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Players or hot464 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Chip dumping — the deliberate transfer of chips or funds between Player accounts through game play;
• Using the hot464 Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the hot464 Platform or its underlying technology;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate unintended winnings — any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not payable and must be reported to hot464 support immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hot464 staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Accessing the hot464 Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

hot464 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. hot464 operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and provides Players with a suite of tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Players who wish to activate responsible gaming tools may do so at any time through their Account settings or by contacting hot464 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, hot464 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player's registered contact details.

hot464 strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling has become problematic to visit the hot464 Responsible Gaming page and to seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming helpline. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial, emotional, or relationship harm, please seek help immediately.

hot464 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all Accounts. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts permanently closed in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

All content on the hot464 Platform — including but not limited to the hot464 name, logo, brand identity, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of hot464 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

No content from the hot464 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, displayed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of hot464. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hot464 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Any unauthorised use of hot464 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hot464 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the hot464 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical errors outside of hot464's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Actions taken by hot464 in good faith pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, including Account suspension or fund forfeiture where rules have been violated.

The hot464 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hot464 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits hot464's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

hot464 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Registration by a person under 21 years of age;
• Duplicate Account registration;
• A Player-initiated self-exclusion request;
• A PAGCOR or court order directing Account closure;
• Inactivity — an Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and administrative fees may apply in accordance with hot464's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, hot464 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Verified legitimate real-money balances (excluding bonus credits and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will generally be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of the investigation, subject to AML requirements.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting hot464 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements and any outstanding withdrawal requests must be resolved.

hot464 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hot464 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. hot464 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required by law, PAGCOR regulation, AML compliance obligations, or with your explicit consent.

hot464 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hot464 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the hot464 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact hot464 through the support channels listed in Section 16 and allow hot464 a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days to resolve the dispute informally. hot464 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal complaints process.

Players who are dissatisfied with hot464's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels, as hot464 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and is bound by its determinations.
